We offer a range of Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) development programmes that support aspiring leaders through to senior leaders. In partnership with Cass Business School, we also offer an Executive Masters in Medical Leadership programme, with a fully funded part-time MSc, to help junior doctors develop the leadership skills for senior roles in the future.
